Proteau Plays Well With Others

Proteau Plays Well With Others

"As a professional bartender, the thought of serving someone an unfinished drink is unthinkable to me, which is why I created Proteau to be perfect, straight from the bottle, no mixing required. However, also as a bartender I am compulsively thinking about mixing liquids together in new and intriguing ways. Here are some of my favorite cocktail recipes featuring Ludlow Red and Rivington Spritz. Cheers!" -JdB
